Custom Order Instructions

At Manimani Design Studio, every order is custom-made according to the specifications provided by the client. Because our products are personalised and produced specifically for each order, it is important that all information supplied to us is accurate before production begins.

Please carefully review the following before placing your order.

Before You Place Your Order

Please double-check all information provided, including:

• Spelling: Ensure that all names, words, phrases, dates and other text are correct.

• Colours: Confirm that the acrylic, vinyl, mirror acrylic or other finishes selected are correct for your order.

• Measurements: Ensure that the dimensions and product options selected are suitable for your intended use.

• Design Requirements: Make sure any logos, artwork, reference images or specifications supplied to us are correct and final.

Manimani Design Studio will work from the information and specifications provided by the client. We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Artwork Approval Process

Where applicable, an Artwork Approval Email will be sent to the client before production begins.

The client is required to carefully review the artwork, including:

• spelling and wording;

• dimensions and proportions;

• colours and finishes;

• layout and positioning;

• logos and other design elements.

Written approval of the artwork confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted the design for production.

Once written approval has been received, the order may proceed to production. Any errors identified after approval may not be corrected, and changes requested after approval may be subject to additional design, material and production costs.

Please note that digital artwork is a representation of the proposed finished product. Actual acrylic, vinyl, mirror finishes and other materials may have slight variations in colour, tone or appearance due to the nature of the material and differences between screens and physical products.

Client Delays

Production timelines depend on receiving all required information, payment and artwork approval.

Delays in providing information, approving artwork or making required payments may result in the production or dispatch date being moved. Manimani Design Studio cannot guarantee the original estimated completion date where a delay is caused by the client.

Custom-Made Products

Our products are made specifically according to the client's requirements and are therefore considered custom-made or personalised products.

For this reason, a change of mind does not automatically entitle a client to cancel an order or receive a refund.

Production

Once an order has entered production, materials may have been cut, engraved, printed, assembled or otherwise prepared specifically for the client's order.

At this stage, cancellation may no longer be possible and refunds will be subject to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
