Custom Order Instructions

At Manimani Design Studio, every item is handcrafted with precision and personalized to your request. To ensure a smooth and accurate ordering process, please follow these important guidelines:

✅ Before You Place Your Order

Please double-check the following:

  • Spelling: Ensure all names, phrases, or text elements are spelled correctly.

  • Color Selection: Confirm the vinyl or acrylic color you've chosen is accurate and appropriate for your design.

  • Measurements: Make sure any size specifications or product options selected match your needs.

✉️ Artwork Approval Process

Before production begins, you will receive an Artwork Approval Email containing a digital preview of your design.

  • Production will only begin once written approval is received.

  • This step is vital to ensure your vision is correctly captured and avoids errors.

  • We encourage you to respond promptly to avoid delays in production.

⚠️ Important Notice on Refunds

As all products are made-to-order:

  • Refunds are not available once production has started.

  • If you request a cancellation before production, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied.
