At Manimani Design Studio, each item is handcrafted and made-to-order, which means we begin production based on your specific design and details.

No Refunds After Production Begins

Once production has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances due to the custom nature of our products.

Refunds Before Production

If you request a cancellation before cutting or production has begun, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review artwork and details before approving for production to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.
