Courier Service Policy

At Manimani Design Studio, we take great care to ensure your custom creations are delivered safely and efficiently. We partner with reputable courier services to handle deliveries nationwide and across borders.

While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, please note that delivery timelines and performance are managed by third-party courier partners and are beyond our direct control once your parcel has been handed over.


🚚 Delivery & Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text with your courier waybill number and estimated delivery timeframe.

  • You can use this waybill number to track your parcel directly through the courier company’s website.

  • For any delays or delivery concerns, we encourage you to first contact the courier company with your tracking details.

🔒 Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

  • Lost or damaged parcels will be handled in accordance with the courier’s terms. We’ll help liaise with them to open a claim if needed.
